MTV Movie & TV Awards 2017 | Stranger Things e A Bela e a Fera são os principais vencedores

Aconteceu no último domingo (7) o MTV Movie & TV Awards. Em sua 26ª edição, esta é a primeira vez que a premiação da MTV inclui na sua lista indicados (e premiados) da tevê.

Nesta ocasião, três produções conquistaram dois prêmios: A Bela e a Fera (incluindo filme do ano), Stranger Things (incluindo série do ano), Estrelas Além do TempoCorra!, que tinha o maior número de nomeações, sete ao todo.

Apesar de a premiação não ter o mesmo prestígio das tradicionais Emmy, Globo de Ouro e SAG Awards, um detalhe chamou a atenção. As categorias de atuação não sofreram divisão por gênero, algo que é comum na maioria das premiações. Tanto em melhor performance em filme quanto em série, venceram duas mulheres: Emma Watson, por A Bela e a Fera, e Millie Bobbie Brown, por Stranger Things. A decisão da MTV, inclusive, foi tema do discurso de aceitação do prêmio de Watson — assista ao vídeo a seguir.
